1. How much cost to show ad on the Autogidas.lt page?

In many categories show of the ad is paid. Prices can be found here: Price list. You will see the available payment methods after creating an ad.

2. What is the difference between posting ads with a registered account and without being a registered user?

A registered user can view and manage (post, edit, delete) all ads in one place. Access to the account is granted via email or phone number by entering a self-created password. In a registered account, it is also possible to pay for services from the "Wallet" (see question 10).

An unregistered user can edit each ad only by logging in with a unique edit code.

3. How to become a registered user, and is it a paid service?

New user registration form: fill in the registration details, and you will receive an activation link via email or SMS. Once you confirm it, you will be registered. Registration is free of charge.

4. How to edit or delete an ad posted by an unregistered user?

Editing an ad requires an editing code consisting of 8 characters (pvz: 01homago)which is sent via email or SMS when the ad is posted. Open the user login form "Edit/login" “Redaguoti/prisijungti“.Enter the editing code you received, and you will access the specific ad environment where you can change, add to, correct, and update the ad parameters. To delete the ad, you can also log in with the editing code. In this case, click the "Delete" button next to the "Update" button. Clicking "Delete" will prompt the system to ask for confirmation: "Are you sure you want to delete?". Click "Yes", and the ad will be deleted.

5. How to edit or delete an ad if I deleted or forgot the editing code?

If you don't have the editing code, use code reminder form: enter your email or phone number and click "Remind" (if the ad does not specify an email, the system won't be able to provide information by email, so choose the reminder via phone, where you'll receive the code by SMS).

6. I forgot my registered account password. What should I do?

At the top of the page, on the right-hand side, click on “Edit/login“. In the login window that opens, select "Forgot password". Enter the email or phone number associated with your login and click "Remind". Once you receive the confirmation code, enter it into the "Enter confirmation code" field and click "Verify", or in the email, click "Change password" and update your password with a new one.

7. Can I change my password, phone number, or other registered user information?

Yes, you can change your password, phone number, or other registered user information. To do this, log in to your registered account and make changes under "User Settings".

8. Why is the photo not uploading?

The photo must be in JPG (JPEG), GIF, or PNG format and should not exceed 10 MB.

9. What are points?

Points are the virtual currency of Autogidas, where 1 EUR = 1 point. Points are used for activating ads and ordering additional services (such as advertising in the header, promoting ads to the top, highlighting ads). Business clients can use points only for ordering additional services.

10. Is it possible to top up the wallet with points in a registered account and use them to activate new ads?

11. Why don't I see the added points in my account?

1. Refresh the Autogidas page;
2. Log out of your Autogidas account by clicking on the "Log out" link, and then log in again;

12. How do I earn points by sharing my ad on Facebook?

Log in to your registered account on Autogidas.lt. In the part "My Ads", find the active ad you want to share. Click on the Facebook icon you see and share your ad.

Your Autogidas.lt account wallet will be automatically topped up with 1 point (ad in passengers car category) or 0,2 point (other categories) after sharing your ad. Point are only awarded for one share of the same ad. Points can be used in the usual way. Autogidas.lt reserves the right to withdraw points without prior notice after 12 months from the date of award.

13. What does the "Reserve" function mean??

Selecting the "Reserve" function means that contacts will not be displayed in the ad, but the ad will continue to be searchable. During the reservation period, the ad's expiration date will not be extended.

14. How to prevent contact information from being displayed with an ad?

Click on the "Reserve" button. You can reserve the ad by logging into your registered account or logging in with the editing code..

15. What does a deactivated ad mean?

A deactivated ad is not visible to visitors on Autogidas. The ad is not deleted but is simply not shown in search results. You can still view, update, edit, or renew your ad by logging into your account or using the editing code. If an ad was deactivated by Autogidas administrators, it can be reactivated and displayed in search results again once the information in the ad is updated and corrected.

16. If you are unable to comment on the forumi?

To comment on the forum, you need to be a registered user. Once registered, you can participate by posting messages on relevant topics or creating your own by clicking "Create New Topic". Unregistered users can read messages on the forum but cannot participate in discussions.

17. I want to see only new ads, what should I do

In the detailed search form field "Show ads not older than," select "Today's (only new)" or other relevant options.

18. How to order KET tests and how much does it cost?

In the KET tests section, there are options to use either the limited "Free version of KET tests" or the full "Paid version of KET tests." The full version is paid. When you select the number of hours, the price is displayed next to it. After payment, you will receive a code via email or phone number, which you need to use to access the "Paid version of KET tests".

19. How to become a business client?

To become a business client, you need to fill out the form in the "Business Offers" section.
Within a few days, a sales manager from Autogidas will contact you using the provided contact details and provide you with all the information about partnership conditions..

20. Can I subscribe to ad notifications and save my search?

Yes. To save your search and subscribe to notifications:

1. Perform a quick or detailed search for the vehicles that interest you;
2.Click on the "Save Search" link at the top of the ad listings";
3. Go to „My Searches“ and and click "Receive on screen" or "Receive by email.

21. How can I unsubscribe from ad notifications?

To unsubscribe from ad notifications via email, click the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of the email you received. You can also do this by logging into your account, going to "My Searches," and turning off the options for "Receive on screen" or "Receive by email".

22. Can I add another vehicle or item to an ad before it expires?

No, to add another vehicle or item, you must create a new ad. The ad for the sold vehicle or item must be deleted.

23. Why can't I edit certain fields when editing an ad?

After posting an ad, users cannot edit some primary information fields such as make and model after a 12-hour period has passed.

24. Why do I have to pay extra to change the price when editing an ad?

To increase the price in your ad, you need to pay the price difference for the ad services because you previously ordered a cheaper service plan. Plans are automatically selected based on the price of the vehicle being sold. If the more expensive package includes more promotions than the cheaper one, you will receive more promotions. Promotions are calculated by adding the difference that the more expensive package has to the remaining number of promotions.

25.How to find a deleted ad?

Copies of expired ads can only be provided upon official request from authorities such as the police, court, lawyers, etc.

26. How to get an invoice for the services provided?

In the ad payment section, check the box indicating "Invoice required" and fill in the necessary details. If you forgot to check or checked but did not receive the invoice, please email [email protected] with the payer's details, payment date, and requisites. Invoices are issued and sent via email within 5 business days. VAT invoices for payments via SMS are not issued.

27. Can I opt out of informational messages?

Yes. If you are a registered user, log in to your account and go to "User Settings" to indicate which messages you do not wish to receive.

28. Can I pay for an ad from another number?

Yes.

29. Why isn't there an option to pay for the ad via SMS?

The option to pay via SMS may be restricted if you are paying for higher-value services.

30. I posted an ad and it's active, but I don't see it in "My Ads" in my registered account. Why?

If you are logged in as a registered user but do not see your posted ad in your account, it's likely that you posted it as an unregistered user. Log out of your Autogidas account, then log back in and select "Edit/Log In." Enter the specific ad editing code under "Edit ad with editing code".

31. Can I transfer an ad posted as an unregistered user to my registered account?

Yes. Log in to your registered account. Under "My Ads," you will see other ads with the same contacts, which can be transferred to your registered account.

32. How to unsubscribe from notifications about an inactive ad?

You received notifications about an inactive ad if you created an ad but did not complete the order and activate the created ad (did not make payment). Click on the "Edit" and "Delete" links in the notification (if you do not wish to activate the ad).

33. Up to what amount can I pay for a vehicle in cash?

You can pay in cash for a vehicle up to the amount of 5,000 Euros.
As of November 1, 2022, the Cash Payment Restriction Law (AGPRĮ) came into effect in Lithuania. It applies to all individuals and legal entities, both domestic and foreign, conducting payments within the territory of the Republic of Lithuania. The law stipulates that payments, including any other transactions, can only be made in non-cash form if they exceed the amount of 5,000 Euros. Individuals who accept payments exceeding 5,000 Euros must report this to the State Tax Inspectorate under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Lithuania. More information: here
