translation help needed from Lithuania to English

hello from snowy Finland!

I have found a car from here that I'm interested in buying, but it might be that the seller doesn't understand english at all, since I've gotten no reply from him so far I don't speak Lithuanian at all so I am in need of someone who could translate between us and maybe contact the seller. of course I won't take your help for granted, so you can expect something in return

I am not cheating or wasting anyones time here so I'm totally honest. no paypal or western union bs, if the car seems good, I'll travel to Lithuania, check out the car and pay in cash and drive it away.
